Security Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is mandatory upon making your reservation. The security deposit will be refunded in full once the vehicle is returned to us safely and in the same condition as it was delivered to you.

One-Day Advanced Booking Required: To ensure the availability of our vehicles, we kindly request that you make your bookings at least one day in advance. We want to make sure that we can accommodate your needs and provide you with the best service possible.

Pickup & Drop off Time Policy: The pickup and drop-off times are calculated on a 24-hour basis, where if you choose 10:00 AM as the pickup time, the drop-off time will also be 10:00 AM on the day of the drop, but if you select 12:00 PM as the drop-off time, any duration exceeding that will incur extra charges, with a grace period of 6 hours, after which it will be considered as 1 extra day.
